Acacia Crescent is a street in the Hamilton, New Zealand suburb of Glenview.  It was named in 1962 by the owner/subdivider of the property, E.G. Houchen.  According to Miss Houchen, the property was known in earlier days as Acacia Grove for the large stand of Acacia trees  in the gully. (HCL)
