Pryce Place is located in the Hamilton, New Zealand suburb of Silverdale.  It was named in 1963 by Silverdale Farms Ltd., the owner/developer of the property.  T.P. Baron was the owner of Silverdale Farms and he named Pryce Place after one of his employees, Roderick Pryce.  (HCC) (HCL) (Lands & Surveys)
