Erika Place is located in the Hamilton, New Zealand suburb of Fairview Downs.  It was named in 1970 by Peerless Homes Ltd., the owner/developer of the property.  They named it after Erika Steele, the daughter of Alf Steele, the owner of Peerless Homes.  (HCC) (HCL) (Lands & Surveys)
